My wife and I decided to upgrade our phones for the new iPhone 15 pros with Xfinity mobile.

We shipped both our phones back the next day and they received them on the 27th.

Today we received an email saying that 1 of the phones were accepted but didn’t hear anything about the other phone. We did ship them in different boxes as we were told to do.

My friend shipped his alto and they accepted both of his already.

Should I be worried? I did check the tracking number and they were delivered and I called Xfinity and he confirmed they received it but needs to be review.

Thanks.

I sent my iPhone 13 Pro to Xfinity on the 27th of September. Monday I got the email that Xfinity had received my device, it was in good shape, and I would get the $830.00 trade-in allowance. Although the email stated "$830.0" so some clod that developed the email screwed up the formatting. The $830.00 is to be applied over 24 months. I also got another email that Xfinity had credited my account for $325.91. I have no idea what that credit is covering. I will not complain.

There were no emails from when the tracking stated the package had been delivered, just the confirming the trade-in would be applied. Xfinity has very little followup and status to the user. Even the online chat agents have a difficult time finding the information.

Go to the USPS website and get the tracking information and confirmation of delivery. Save a copy. You may need it.
