Spent an hour at the xfinity store and they couldn’t activate my 13 Pro, says it could take a couple of days to get all the numbers in their system.
Anyone else having issues?
 
Any update? This is why I've waited to get mine. Didn't want to spend hours in the store not to get it to work. At this point I may have to wait a couple of weeks anyway.
 
I’m still waiting, seems to be a problem with iPhones bought directly from Apple.
Thought so. Thanks and good luck. I'll wait a little bit then or get it directly from Xfinity. Although it's a couple week back order shipping from them. Won't get the 3 percent from using the Apple Card, but that might be worth it to avoid spending an hour or two in an Xfinity store.
