I've tried several time during the last weekend to install XP Pro. with the Boot Camp but failed every time.
I used genuine Windows XP SP2, downloaded Boot Camp 1.1.2 direct from Apple Website, drivers CD was created from the new Boot Camp installation.
The installation process went smoothly every time (I also installed ALL optional Windows components) until Mac Windows drivers installation, once I installed the Mac Windows drivers and rebooted, the MBP seemed to be stuck in the notification area waiting for those icons show up, after several seconds, blue screen showing "fatal error...", then the MBP auto rebooted again and repeated the same process if I didn't stop it...

I'm just wondering, which driver(s) are the most problematic driver(s) that may cause crashes in the current Boot Camp version?

Try restarting in safe mode. Go to system properties and go to the Advanced tab and under Startup and Recovery click settings. In the dialogue box that comes up, uncheck "Automatically restart" under System failure. This might help you diagnoise the problem as the computer should not reboot when it gives you the blue screen.

Few of my questions: Do you hear the startup tune? What icons come up in the system tray before the computer fails?

Yes I did hear the startup tune every time, the MBP booted into Windows, I guess the MBP was waiting for eithr the Bluetooth icon or the ATI TV control icon showing up before getting into blue screen.
