iPhone XR to 11 Pro

I currently have the the XR Abdul upgraded to the 11 Pro this morning. I was thinking of playing with 13 on this phone since I’ll be returning back to sprint but then I thought if I load 13 on here in a beta or find the GM (I’m on 12.4.1) will the beta follow me if I restore from the cloud or being a brand new phone and OS it won’t matter?

If you backup in Beta ... then it will restore the Beta. This is why folks do a full backup of the normal version PRIOR to installing a Beta. This way if they don't like the Beta, they can get back to the normal version.

What happens is that if you back it up while it's on 13.0, you won't be able to restore this backup to a device on 12.4.1 or earlier - only on iOS 13.0 and later devices (beta or non-beta).

You can install the 13.0 GM with no problem. When you restore your backup, only your data will come back.

Do not install 13.1 beta just yet if you don't plan on getting your iPhone 11 Pro to 13.1 beta as well.
