I saw this happen a few times on iOS 11, but not 12 so far. Is it happening sharing from any app?

So far in Safari and Shortcuts I have notices it the most.

It’s definitely software related and not specific to the Max as it used to happen on my X. Definitely annoying though. I’d report it to Apple if you haven’t already.
