Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Record the video at 4K60
2. Open the photos app
3. Pinch or double tap the video to fill the entire screen
4. Play the video
5. The iPhone resprings about 90% of the time (sometimes it takes a couple of pinches)
From what I've noticed, the video plays fine if it's pillarboxed. The phone only crashes when it is set to play in the full screen. The issue doesn't seem to occur with videos recorded at 720p 30, 1080p 30 and 4k 24. I've also experienced resprings with 1080p 60 and 4k 30, however they are not that consistent. I am wondering if it's just me or it's a widespread issue.
