Have posted a couple times in the past about building a coffee/side table out of an Xserve. Specifically wanted to do this with an Xserve G5 for sentimental reasons; that machine was the first server I ever bought, configured, and ran as a solo sysadmin.

Finally completed this project as a reward to myself for finishing grad school, and I think it came out pretty well.

Lol, cool!
I have 3 Xserves at home (a G4, a G5 and an Intel).... have them just to look at them once in a while (good ol' times) haha
