Xserves now not shipping till April

I know apple cancelled them but why are they waiting till april to ship the remaining ones out ?

They probably have stopped production, but are out of stock and want to do just one more production run of exactly the number they need, instead of having extra stock sitting around.

It looks like it could be a 2U 6 dive server!!!
Maybe active was given the ok to run osx server on their hardware!
