Yahoo mail problem iPad and iPhone

Right now I am having very sluggish performance on my ipad2 and iPhone 4s both on wifif as well as 3G (on theiphone).
Is this a yahoo issue or something else?

What do you mean by "sluggish performance"? If you mean that the email from Yahoo takes a while to load, doesn't push sometimes, and sometimes doesn't send..then I have been experiencing that as well. I think it's probably on the Yahoo side. Basically, Yahoo email on iOS has sucked lately, at least for me.

Occasionally I can't send a Yahoo mail. If I restart my iPad it sends immediately. I don't know for sure but I suspect that the Mail app has lost it's ability to authenticate with Yahoo and it's a problem on the Mail app side and not with Yahoo.
