Yahoo, Beejive, Meebo or what ever, as long as its a decent native app.
I am guessing we'll see those in Sept with the push notifications for other apps.

Yeah, I'm really hoping so seems like yahoo didn't care enough to have an app for launch. I also wish AIM wouldn't disconnect when you went back to the home screen.

AIM keeps you on for 15 minutes...but really that's AOL's side of things.

MobileChat which will have ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, Google, Jabber, and AIM was supposed to come out, but they decided to change their Ruby server to Objective-C. It's gonna be $2.99

But for Yahoo to come out with a messenger themselves? Yeah right. They haven't even optimized their Yahoo! Answers page. I doubt they'll make a Yahoo! Messenger.

Yahoo don't care enough to fix Mac Messenger's stealth settings, even though they themselves admit they broke it nearly four months ago now.

It's hardly a surprise I'm afraid.

I hate yahoo! I had lots of problems with there email service and dumped it in favor of gmail. Never a fan of how slow they are at updating their messenger app for macs. I doubt we'll see an iPhone version of yahoo messenger anytime soon. It's no wonder their stock price is in the toilet.

They need to get their act together and get in the forefront if web technologies like they used to be!
