I'm a 100% noob with flash. Incomparibly slow in the app, and totally lost when it comes to creating anything. What I'm looking to do is create a simple slideshow. Nothing fancy- no controls, no text, no music. Just jpegs, fading back and forth through each other, and looping at the end.

Please help, I have no idea what to do.

There are some slideshow templates that come with flash.

If you'd rather make your own..

1. Open a new flash document
2. Place an image in that first frame you see immedietly
3. Create a new blank keyframe in the timeline (at top)
4. Place another image in the new frame
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4

They will loop automatically, you'll want to either leave a few regular frames in between each keyframe OR lower the framerate a lot and if you want them to fade into each other I think you can right click items and choose transition

Hope that helps =)

I have used autoviewer for my site. Implementation was really easy and I'm happy with the results (except in IE, but I think that is my fault. That reminds me got to sort it out:eek: )

Click on my sig to see what it looks like.

Ive never used keynote but im sure you could do it with that and export as flash? Dunno maybe not. Ive heard keynote is a piece of piss to use. Might save you some time and make it easy for you :D
