Yellow and blue squares imac24"

Hi guys , since a couple of weeks i am having this blue and yellow squares on my imac24" , i ve been looking all over the internet for a solution without any succes . I ve tried disk utility , restore harddisk , pixelfix , etc...
You can see some blue squares around the tears above in the image

Is there anybody that can help me ?

Pardon the obvious question, but have you tried changing the wallpaper? Since the blocks are part of the screen capture I'd have to say it isn't hardware related.

I have this problem with every wallpaper .But it is not happening on the start up screen , only when the wallpaper pops up( any wallpaper) it appears.So thats why i think it is software ...Or an application maybe ...
