I read the post on here about the problem with the yellow and gray on the screen! I tested mine out and can definetly tell the diff!! I was rather irritated from what i discovered! I went to best buy and checked out there displays and the 21.5 seemed to have the same problem but the 27 looked perfectly fine! I have full warranty on my mac and was wondering is it worth takin back! Its an expensive machine to be havin issues with! I bought it about 60 days ago!! Its not bad but noticeable! Please!! ADVICE!!!

And I expect that if you hadn't seen that silly paranoid post, you'd be none the wiser and perfectly happy with your iMac! :)

There are obviously a few of the 1000's of machines produce that do have faults and slip through the proverbial net. However, there will always be the minority who rejoice on picking fault with the most minute detail and love to broadcast the fact to all and sundry.

If you were originally happy with your machine, then forget the comments and just enjoy it! If you can't, return it and see if you can get a replacement. Remember though, the replacement may be no better! :)

Your call on getting it serviced. You may not like the replacement LCD either. When I unboxed my 27" last week, I looked at it and approved. I did not run any tests or stare at it long enough to see something. Try and erase everything you read about the screen, but if it really bugs you, get it serviced.
