So I bought my wife an iPod shuffle. She was quite excited about it, and decided to name it "Yellow Buttercup." Would you believe, while in iTunes it registers as it should, it shows up as "Yellow Butt" on the desktop?? What are the chances of that? A limit of 11 characters?? What?

The Shuffle is formatted as FAT 32 and so it is subject to that formats numerous limitations.

When i read the title of the thread i thought you modded your shuffle too look like a fag

Are you saying that you thought he made it look like a cigarette? Otherwise, use of that term is offensive. ranks up there with the "n" word.

He could have meant bundle of sticks!

I dont find the n-word offensive, but maybe thats cause Im in NY, half my friends are black, and they use it all the time. As do the white kids.

Anyway...how the hell did your wife decide on Yellow Buttercup lol

That's beyond me. She seems to love the tiny bit of green behind the on/off switch... so why she didn't choose green something, I don't know... and buttercup... well, she doesn't like butter tarts. Regardless, her choice was one of joy, which is not beyond me, thank goodness!
