Don't jump the gun there, man - it's not a law yet. And, even if it passes, it only covers licking. Sucking, presumably, would still be legal. ;)

What surprises me is that the guy is licking the end of that which could easily be used to, well, kick him in the face. Has no one done that?

Oh, c'mon, can't a guy have a little laugh? How can you take an article about outlawing toe licking all that seriously?
