FedEx delivered my new Apple wireless keyboard and mouse today. Easy to install on my Mac mini with 10.4.11.
In WinXP under Bootcamp I had to start with a wired keyboard and mouse, go to Control Panel, Bluetooth Devices and discover both devices. The Wizard discovered them both. Unplugged the USB K&M and used the wireless K&M for the rest of the session.
The next time that I booted into WinXP under Bootcamp the keyboard was fine, but the mouse was dead. Used the keyboard to navigate to the Control Panel and went through the routine to add the mouse (even though it showed as being recognized). It was discovered and worked fine - - - until the next reboot.
It only takes about 45 seconds to go through the setup - - but its a PITA.
Also, when restarting from WinXP the option key is NOT recognized so there is no boot option menu. The option key is always recognized when restarting from OS X.
Does anybody know of a fix?
