Had anyone experienced issues getting the Apple Base Station 2 (Model A1408) to connect with Cisco Modem DPQ3212 (Cox Cable)? The setup worked fine with my previous modem, Actiontec GT784WNV (Verizon DSL). This all began after installing Yosemite. I had slowdowns with the DSL connections (who doesn't with DSL?) and switched to Cox Cable. The action light on Base Station flashes yellow/orange, but never turns green. I have tried resetting modem, base Station, resetting PRAM, etc. Anybody have any ideas? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

You have to power the modem off and leave it off for at least 30 seconds after changing the device directly connected to it. His cause the server at the ISP to look for a new MAC Address that connects to it.

Apple Base Station2 and Cisco Cable Modem DPQ3212

I have tried all the suggestions from Cox, Apple, and from MacRumors users with no success. My problem is:

I tried pulling plug on modem and base station, leaving modem unplugged 1-2 mins., plugging back in, waiting until all lights are on solid and plugging in Base Station. NO LUCK! Calls to Cox has them resetting modem and giving me back my network...for a while before loosing it again.

HELP!!!
