Yosemite and Boot Camp playing well together?

I always clean install my OS X drive when a new release comes out but I have a copy of Windows 8.1 (for automotive tuning) on my drive. Boot Camp was used to create the Windows install.

I just want to hear from others that they had no issues with their partitions and the installation of the OS along side and existing Windows install.

I installed yosemite Beta 6 a few days ago over 10.9, my bootcamp partition hasn't been affected in the slightest.
