Yosemite and email junk file filter

Hello,

I've noticed after upgrading to Yosemite and using mail 8.0 my junk mail filter is not working correctly. Ever since the upgrade none of my emails that I label junk are going to the junk mail box and previous junk is now showing up in my regular mail boxes.

Anybody having this issue?

I can see some people may reply with "I have 0 issue on Yosemite", but from several posts I read in diff places, many people do have the same problem with junk filter. And there is no cure yet.
