Installing Yosemite from USB stick on a Mac without the Recovery partition, the partition is rebuilt or not?

I believe will be rebuilt (otherwise, if partition already exists, stuck with possibly down-rev OS partition).

When I installed my SSD, I formatted the drive and copied my OS clone over to the new drive. No recovery partition. Oops! Reinstalled OS over the copied clone and got my recovery partition back.

Good to know, but I do not like to use third party apps for basic functions of the system, so I hope that is automatically created by Yosemite.
