Good Day All!

I am still on Mavericks, and just installed the latest update, and noticed Yosemite Beta 3 disappeared from my "purchases" list. I tried to enter my code again, and of course it shows "already used" Was wondering if this happened to anyone else, and if anyone knows a way to get it back? I was waiting to install Yosemite Beta 3, until I had iOS 8 installed on my phone.

Thank You in Advance for your replies

It's probably hidden. Try this:

1. Open the Mac App Store.
2. Choose Store > Sign In, then enter your Apple ID and password.
3. Choose Store > View My Account.
4. Click View Hidden Purchases from the Account Information page.
5. From the Hidden Purchases page, locate OS X Yosemite Beta.
6. Click the Unhide button.

Thank You... I really appreciate your post! I forgot all about that setting, I had the same thing happen with another update awhile back. I wish I knew how it was moved to hidden.

Again, Thank You for your post!

Can’t find it anymore either. It was there yesterday, I’m sure. It doesn’t show up under hidden purchases either.

I just came to this forum to create a thread exactly like this. I haven't tried the public beta since the first one and now that the third is out I fancied giving it another go. I no longer see it in my Purchases tab and it's not under my hidden applications.

I wonder if it's because Apple are going to release future OS X updates as system updates and not through purchases? That way more Macs will probably be running the newest OS X in the future - since it doesn't necessitate Apple ID sign-in, and just shows up as an update instead?

Hmm, maybe this is related to my problem - when I tried to redeem yesterday, the code didn't 'go through' at all - no download starting or no showing up in purchases at all. Maybe they forgot to add a discontinuation message if they stopped the program?

I'm a little confused...

I'm a little confused on why it's not showing for me. Being hanging out to try the beta and now it's gone from my purchases tab too. So I guess I will just have to wait a bit longer...

confirmed - DP 8 and beta 3 pulled

updated as of now: 24 sep 14 noon est:
------------------------------
I can confirm that if you are in
the developer program
there is a link to DP 8-
however, as of last night, it downloads dp 7.
once you install dp 7 over the top of mavericks,
the app store will give you the
delta update to DP 8.
---
still cannot get beta to download by any means
(dp 8 is beta 3 AFAIK)
-----
Spent $99 to figure this out.
- worth it, I'm a coder from way
back , so will try my hand at some OS X apps.

I've been trying for 3 days to get Public Beta 3. You'd think they'd just take down the link if it's not going to work. No announcement or word form Apple or even MacRumors on any of this?

PB3 is back in purchases tab.

Alas no explanation from apple as to why it disappeared or why it is back.

Yep, it's also back for me. :)

I bet it all was about the mail app issues that were quickly updated. The beta disappeared and returned, while in between the mail app was updated. Makes sense too just turn off the beta, which would reduce the Yosemite issues on new downloaders until the mail app was repaired.

No. I don't think so. DP1, DP5 and DP7 were all still available in the purchases tab all the time while PB3 was down as well as the delta updates in the mac app store server for DP2-8. This also gave rise to the mail problems for developer previews, but they didn't pull those.
