Yosemite Chrome gMail Attachments

I have just installed Yosemite (yesterday) and whenever I reply to an email using Chrome/gMail I can click on 'Attachments' but when I try to scroll to find a file Chrome crashes. This does this every time.

I installed Firefox and it does the same so it must be a Yosemite problem.

Can anyone help?

Note: I just tried to upload an avatar to my profile and when trying to scroll to the image it crashed again. Something to do with scrolling for images/files I think.

I can upload images fine on Yosemite. It must be an issue with your particular system.
