Yosemite DP 7: Messages Not Syncing between Mac and iOS Devices

With Yosemite DP 7, I am receiving texts on my iPhone and iPad, but the messages don't show up on Message on my Macs.

I can send iMessages from my Mac and when the other party replies I get their response on my Mac. But they don't show up on my iPhone or iPad.

I am running iOS 7.1.2 on my iPhone and iPad.

Does this have anything to do with me being on iCloud Drive on my Mac?

Anyone else having this issue?

The mac version of Messages probably doesn't have backwards compatibility to iOS 7 yet. File a bug report I suppose.
