Hi, I notice that when I want to browse for files using the finder window. it shows "Today" files and then yesterday and then "Previous 7 days" files.

Is there any way this view can be more granuler ie "today", "yesterday" ... and then further, by individual dates?

Kindly assist. Thanks!

There is not that adjustability at this time. The only choice in Finder>View>Show View Options (command + j) is to show with relative date (Today, Yesterday) or not (Date and Time only).

It's done on a per folder basis. So you have to have the folder you want open and in front before the "use relative dates" check box shows up.
