I performed a fresh install of Yosemite on my Intel I7 Mac mini. Now whenever my Mac mini wakes from sleep, I cannot click anything and cannot input anything using the keyboard. A power off/power on fixes the issue until my Mac mini sleeps again. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm having the exact same issue on my 2012 mini.posted a thread yesterday with no response. hopefully this is addressed with an update. For a temp fix disable sleep on mac mini for the time being.
 
Okay, good to hear I am not alone.

I tried re-installing Yosemite (erase and re-create partition) and resetting PRAM and still won't accept mouse clicks or keyboard input (mouse movement works though).

yea same thing. i can move mouse but no keyboard inputs. if i leave it long enough the computer will actually reboot itself and produce a crash report that says " sleep/wake failure"
