Ever since I upgraded to Yosemite, I've been experiencing minor graphics corruptions like this:

As can be seen, my searches turned this up as a common issue for 15-inch MacBook Pros with their switching GPUs, but my mid-2010 13" MacBook Pro has a single integrated Geforce 320M.

Has anyone experienced anything like this on their MBP? This didn't occur in previous versions of OS X and doesn't occur in bootcamped Windows.

It's Firefox, but it happens everywhere, Finder etc.

On Windows, sometimes the entire system halts (the same quarter of a second of audio looping) for about 3 or 4 seconds, then everything returns to normal. Sometimes Windows gives a nvlddmkm error after this, as Windows thought the graphics card had temporarily stopped responding due to timeout.

Apple extended diagnostics check out fine. What the heck?
