Posted the following over on the Apple discussion boards last night. I've had 20+ views, but no replies yet. Maybe someone here can help me... I'm in dire need of help.

I updated iTunes the day it's update was available. First impressions, I hated it. Hate how they changed how to eject devices. Hated how long it took me to figure out how to get my master playlist to be a list, not album art. Plus the close/minimize/maximize buttons were in color, although I have Graphite selected at the system preferences appearance. Figured it was a bug that would be fixed with Yosemite.
Updated to Yosemite today. iTunes is still using colored close/minimize/maximize buttons. I've re-checked settings and restarted twice. Still not working properly.
Yosemite itself also seems broken. If I click a menu, File for example, it does have the menu open. However if I move the cursor down the menu, nothing in the menu is highlighted until I click the menu option. If it's a menu with a sub-menu, I have to click the sub-menu, then the sub-menu opens and I have to click the sub-menu item I want, twice, before it registers.
Also, with the menus, prior to Yosemite I could click File, then hover over Edit, View, etc and they'd each open, closing the previous menu. In Yosemite, that doesn't happen. If I have a menu open, mousing over another does nothing. If I click another menu it'll close the one I originally opened, then open and close the new menu item quickly.
It seems the menu issue isn't just in the menu, but games as well. Diablo 3 is an action RPG dungeon crawler game. Collect gear upgrades, level up your character, etc. In the game you can mouse over gear to see the gear name, stat properties, etc. However, I have to click the item to see the item information for some reason.
I've also noticed that the dock seems to have no names for it's items, when I mouse over them. Clicking on dock icons does open them though.
On an unrelated topic, the Yosemite trash icon is horrid. Difficult to see just by the icon itself if anything is in it or not.
