I installed Yosemite to my rMBP 2 times(fresh install) but messages app looks like at attachment. I am installing yosemite final and install nothing more to OS X but design everytime fails...

Can you be more specific to what exactly is broken? Your image is a cut out part of the Messages window. I don't see anything wrong with that part

I think I get it now. Is is because when you select a conversation the blue highlight doesn't go all the way to the bar?

Yes my friend there is some ui problem and i installed yosemite 3 times.

I don't have that on my install. There's a couple other really minor bugs here and there. I'm sure it'll get fixed in an update.

It's regular for these little bugs to exist. They don't affect performance so it is nothing to worry about and will be fixed soon for sure.
