Since using Yosemite any new Mail Rules are lost when quitting Mail. Anyone have any ideas?

I can't speak to this, but I know there is a similar issue with notification center. There were several posts on apple's site where those get reset after a reboot. I have that bug. Later I'll see if the mailbox rules are being reset as well.

Thanks. I'm also not finding any .plist files where Mail rules are stored.

I just tried it a couple of times on my mid 2009 macbook pro. I didn't have any rules before so that may factor in here. Created a rule. Closed mail. Waited a few. Still there on open. Tried a restart to see if it was like the notification center one, but it's still there.

Maybe it was an error when you installed yosemite? That's about all I can think of.
