Hello guys, I found Sixty four On thirty two software to downgrade Yosemite from 64 to 32bit, so my macbook is a1181 with core 2 duo and 4gb of ram, what do you think about? should I install it?

I think you've misinterpreted what "SFOTT" is designed to accomplish.
Some earlier macs come with the ability to run 64bit apps but can only boot into 32bit mode.
SFOTT supplies the code (new boot.efi) to to let these systems boot in 64bit mode.

There re several ways to get Yosemite and El Capitan onto your Mac - both have big threads on the subject on this site. I couldn't get SFOTT to work with Yosemite for some reason so used another method. I think I used it to install Mavericks though. Now on El Cap. As described above they all work on a similar principle of changing the boot.efi files either automatically or manually to allow the OS to install. There are then various fixes to ensure (as far as possible) that future updates are possible without anything breaking. Read the threads - they are long but very informative and you will have a good understanding of how it works and also things such as RAM requirements for some installations. Good luck!
