Yosemite on two macs, to one iPhone

I should probably update my second mac, the Air to yosemite.

Does all the features of SMS relay and phone calls work OK when you have two macs linked to one iPhone on iOS8?

I'd rather set it up without linking if anyone is experiencing problems than mess it up on my now main laptop, the MBP, where I am finding it really useful. So much so, I'm regularly misplacing my phone when I'm about to leave the house as I hardly use it in the house now!

Friend of mine is using it on a MacBook Air and an iMac with no issues at all.

I work on 1 iPad and 3 macs routinely but only have one phone. Everything works as you would expect it.
