Yosemite PB5 iMessages deleted

Hello, has anyone else had problems with the iMessages being deleted after updating to the 5th version of Yosemite Public Beta? I had a long list of them beforehand and now it's empty (they're all still on my iPhone).

Any ideas on how to find out where they are and, if possible, to get them to show in iMessage again? Thanks!

Bump, has anyone else encountered this and know of a solution? It did it again when I installed the released version of Yosemite on Friday.
