yosemite public beta 10.10.3 wants to keep installing/restarting, but it already inst

i have downloaded the yosemite beta package and the current version is 10.10.3


but every time i restart as suggested, it restarts the download?

I had same problem, reset PRAM, SMC

Premature listing of items as installed in App Store

Not specific to pre-release versions of the operating system, not specific to Yosemite:

• if an installation requires a restart of the operating system, and if you defer that restart, then App Store may list the item as installed before it is truly installed.
