Did a clean installation of Yosemite on my Macbook Pro 11,3
When I try to hook up my Macbook via the HDMI port to my school's projector this happens.

System Preferences and the UIServer will start to memory leak until the whole mac freezes.

I've tried a PRAM reset, repairing of permissions.

Anyone has any idea?

What does your image have to do with no being able to extend the display using HDMI?

I'm sorry. I should've been clearer, both System Preferences and the UI server would actually start to use up huge amount of memory to the point that the mac freezes up.
