Does anybody know if this feature is coming to the Netflix app for iOS anytime soon?

While we are at it, does HBO GO have Airplay support for Apple TV?

ATV2 already has Netflix, so why would you need to 'Airplay' it from the iPhone?

Good question. Because certain titles have subtitles on the Netflix iPhone app which we like. The native Netflix app on the Apple TV does not have subtitle support.

Because sometimes you want to do it different, I can also see your side but no subtitles for apple tv 2 netflix. To me airplay it all Apple tv for me is just the output.

I ran into a situation where I was visiting family and didn't want to log in with their Apple TV (apparently Netflix does have some sort of device limit) to show one movie, when I could've streamed with iPad Unfortunately, the only cable I had in my bag was the iPad VGA cable and their HDTV didn't have a VGA input...I was surprised at that.

(Too cheap to get the Dock Connector <-> HDMI cable yet) :D

At this point iOS 5 Airplay Mirroring only works on the iPad 2. I wish they would add it to the iPad 1 and the iPhone.

wouldn't count on it

jailbreaking can solve your problems though.

**"AirVideoEnabler" will stream to aTV from any app on iPhone or iPad.**
