how is firefox working with 10.8.2? i upgraded to 10.7 and it sucked.
specifically is the scrolling working inside imbedded menus on webpages?

been using firefox since snow leopard. currently running mountain lion. no problems here.

when you use the forum jump, on this forum, toward the bottom of this web page, are you able to open it and finger scroll inside the embedded menu without it snapping shut?

that was the problem i was having since release day with 10.8

I don't recall ever having this problem. I just tried scrolling in the forum jump menu and it worked just fine.

Just a follow up to my thread...

i dig ML too, so far so good!! love the icloud integration.

If I click on that box to get the menu list and keep the pointer where it is, it snaps shut.

If I click on the box, then move the pointer into the list, I can scroll just fine.

thats normal behavior. during the early release of Lion, youd move the pointer to inside the submenu, and when you two finger scrolled with the magic track pad it would snap shut after a second or two. its def back to all working normally now.
