It lets me catch up on the games i missed in the last couple of years, i had never played diablo 2 (i was 6 when it came out, the only game i knew at that time was cossacks), halo combat evolved (i havent ever played even one of the games), battlefield 2142 (relatively new yet not sold anymore). And theres a long list of games that are still sold for mac which are nowhere to be seen for pc.

Let's see... Diablo II works on both PC and Mac, and Battlefield 2142 is sold everywhere for PC. Mac games are hardly found anywhere outside America.

Also, a lot of games, old and new are available through digital distrubition for PC. Not so for Mac.

for some reason i could not install my diablo 2 on my friends pc, it just did not work, and I think you're a bit confused because i live outside of america and i have not seen battlefield 2142 in the last 2 years, i have never seen diablo 2, i remember seeing warcraft 3 once for pc. On mac we have actually all of the old games sold (old as in min 5yrs) and none of the new (i havent seen cod4), also a good thing about them is that they are cheap.

They're all PC games too.

Maybe it's just a UK thing but the only place I've even seen a Mac game is in an Apple Store or a Windows/OSX hybrid disc (Blizzard).

don't forget official resellers.
By the way, in heathrow airport I couldn't even find pc games, only console games.

Where do you live then? Saying Mac games are cheap and PC games are nowhere to be found (all Blizzard games are hybrids mind you), sounds pretty far-fetched, or you are not looking hard enough.

They don't even sell ANY games in any of the Mac stores here in Finland, also I couldn't find any from UK, Sweden or France. Biggest Mac game selection I found was surprisingly in Estonia!

You know what's good about Mac? You can boot into windows too. Best of OSX and the other os.

Pc games are nowhere to be found in heathrow airport.
