ummm, I jb using the safari method, but I had my twitter account locked today due to suspicious activity which i found random. Funny thing is I don't post on twitter, I follow, so I only had one post. The password was super weak though, but its the only one w a weak password of my accounts.

How do I create a burner apple ID? Do I need to create an email with google and use that? I tried using my current email at appleid.apple.com and of course, it was already in use.

Yes, you need to create a new email and use that to create an Apple ID. And then use that apple account to sign the pangu app install via cydia impactor
