You will lose FaceTime if you jailbreak. Be careful!

Just a heads up. I am running 4.0.1 on iPhone 4. Facetime is gone after the jailbreak (if you still have it, reboot and it will be gone).

I have yet to do a restore though!

Same, the features I gain from Jailbreaking waaaaaaayyyy outweigh the two features that I've just lose, it's not like I used MMS or Facetime anyway so I'm personally not fussed

The important question though is will you get FaceTime back if you do a restore then restore from backup?

I hope whatever is causing the problem isn't part of the backup.

Damn. I can live without Facetime (easily), but I need MMS. Hopefully there will be a fix in the next couple days, or I'm going back to stock.

(wish I hadn't of reset my phone. It was working after the jalibreak before I did that. )

I vaguely recall one of the prior jailbreaks breaking MMS. There has been a fix for this type of thing via a Cydia download before?

You need to reboot to really see if you still have FaceTime or not. Can you do this and report back to us please?
