OK I am soooo pissed off, having not received Tiger on Friday as I wasn't in, I was a little angry, but not much could be done.

I went to my TNT sorting office today, and waited around for 40 minutes whilst they went to find it. They finally got to me and said they couldn't find it.The people working there were totally incompetent and had no idea what to do.

So from this morning I have been really angry that TNT have lost my copy of Tiger, I am a student and when I shell out £60 for somethings - I want the good ASAP not having been lost!

I can't let Apple know now until Tuesday (it is bank holiday monday in UK this monday so they will be shut then). So after that they will have to prepare and ship it etc which could take weeks! And will I get re - imbursed (sp?) for the inconvenience - I highly doubt it.

Having been pissed off all day and just come home from a 6 hour shift at work - not sat down since this morning, I wake up my iBook to find that one of the partitions of my lacie hard drive that I bought yesterday has disappeared!!

Right now I am about to blow and hating technology!!!!

Can anyone help me with the lacie issue please!!!

OH AND NEVER USE TNT - THEY ARE INCOMPETENT SLOBS!

I feel slightly better now i have had my rant

Maybe it might still be on the delivery truck. They might have just over looked it when trying to find it at the sort facility (its in a small box that can be easily over looked). But don't worry, you wont have to shell out any more money for this. Just call up TNT and ask if they have found your package, if they say its lost, then you can file with Apple for a lost package. Apple will ship another one out to you, most likely with a different service.
