They’re just notifying you that they’ll contact you via text messaging about the program. It’s a courtesy notice
Yeah, but they never do.
In all these years, I never get text messages about upgrade eligibility, the status of my account, payoffs, turn ins, nothing. Thats my point. I just get the same text once a year.
