Haven't felt the need to upgrade my Pixel 3XL but if I did, it would likely be to my pick for 2019, the OnePlus 7T. Awesome performance for terrific value. Flat display with 90hz refresh, high end CPU with plenty of RAM, clean OS with timely updates.

I owned 2 Android smartphones in 2019... the LG Stylo 3 and Samsung Galaxy A20.

Best: A20 (my current phone)

I'm on BoostMobile. The service is great, the price for the service and phones even better. The A20 cost $160 total cost out of pocket with no strings attached (other than being locked into BoostMobile).

The phone looks and feels like a flagship phone. Super AMOLED display, rounded corners (gimmick IMO), teardrop notch (another gimmick), best camera on a non-iPhone phone I've owned. Fast and responsive, great battery life. MicroSD card.

I own a Note 10+ so my choice is obvious.
But I can see why people would choose other phones as their favorite.

Most improved flagship is the iphone 11max imo, though obviously not an android.

Yep and not to turn this into an iPhone discussion, but as great as some of the Android phones were this year, the iPhone 11 Pro just killed it.

For me it's the Note 10+. Beside 90 Hz Display it checks all boxes and feels like the future is in my hand.

P.S. Can't wait for the S11+ with 120 Hz Display and a even better camera.

So far it looks like the Note 10+ is the winner with OnePlus 7 Pro behind it ;)

For me it's the Pixel 3a XL, cause of low price and what you get for that.

But I might get a Note 10+ to try out.
Same time I am very happy with my iPhone 11 Pro.

In terms of phones I have used:

Huawei P30 Pro
- Camera versatility and quality were on point
- Battery Life and Supercharging were amazing
- Got Android 10 quickly despite all the drama

I am also a huge fan of the ASUS ROG Phone II, but I have not used it, looks great on paper though.

None. Didn't buy a 2019 edition phone this year

Even if the 3a or 3 XL is this year, I'd pick my pixel 2 XL it's been pretty solid for me compared to the other problematic ones I've had. 🙂
