Your guess on European prices

Well, what is your guess the European prices will be. Note that in most European countries the price is standard with tax, unlike the USA where it is $price + $tax.

My guesses are:

WiFi 16GB: €449 or €499 (USA: $499)
WiFi 32GB: €549 or €599 (USA: $599)
WiFi 64GB: €€649 or €699 (USA: $699)

Why?
Because the Mac Mini is $599 and in Europa €549 so maybe 50 difference.

3G 16GB: €529 or €599 or €629 (USA: $629)
3G 32GB: €629 or €699 or €729 (USA: $729)
3G 64GB: €729 or €799 or €829 (USA: $829).

They might even do 100 difference with the 3G models because the MacBook is $999 in the USA, and €899 in Europe.

And I think we can pretty sure that there will be at least some difference in prices at the more expensive models. (Expected prices on WikiPedia).

What are your guesses?

I think the big question in Europe is going to be if there are going to be blank media levies in play like on iPod, or if they will be treated more like macs.

They aren't exported from the States but come right from the factory.
The prices will likely be what ThatsMeRight has mentioned. (€449 or €499 for 16GB)

What do you mean?

if you notice, ipod prices are different across Europe, compared to mac prices, which are the same in the euro zone.

I believe this is because different countries have different taxes on storage sizes of media players.

For instance, the iPod Touch is 20-50EUR cheaper in Luxembourg than in Finland, 20-30 EUR cheaper than in France, and 10-20 EUR cheaper than in Germany.

If they are considered computers, they will be the same. If they are considered more like iPods, expect fluctuating prices similar to the iPod touch

Yes, but on the other hand (Apple's hand) why not make it €449, it is only €10 more and it is such a lovely easy to remember number.

I just found this interesting little piece regarding German prices for 3G:

The prices are good I reckon, well, only if you are an existing T-Mobile customer of course. But €25 is $33 so it is nearly the same as in the US. What it doesn't mention is whether it is a contract or whether it is unlocked. It may do in the original newspaper article, but I can't read German well enough.
