iPhone YouTube and IOS13

Anyone else experiencing issues with delays and lock ups using YouTube? My app locks up every minute or so when scrolling up and down to see various videos listed.

I’m using an XS Max.

Yes. YouTube app is near unusable on my iPad Pro. I cannot even complete writing comments without the app freezing several times. Now I only watch videos and do nothing else.

I just noticed this. I guess I hadn't been on youtube in a long time... Did this just start happening in Beta 3? I feel like I used it with no issues around the time Beta 2 was out.

It was fine on beta 1 and 2 but when I installed beta 3 it went downhill. So hopefully beta 4 fixes it.

I have been doing that for years now, youtube just to watch videos and nothing else.

If you’re on iPadOS, you will be better off using desktop version of YouTube. The app is trash anyways.
