Ever since I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro I have been getting a long delay/buffering on the YouTube app. It’s last from 30 seconds to a minute before video plays.

Could there be a setting on the new phone that was changed to cause the buffering? Didn’t notice it on my iPhone 14 Pro.
