YouTube favorite and rating questions

I sign in to the YouTube app and I don't see a place where I can favorite a video. Is this possible?

Also, google changed the way ratings work on the site. Thumbs up or down. On the app it still shows the star system. I wonder if this will be fixed in a future update or if there is a way to rate now.
