YouTube icon disappears after jailbreak!

Ok I helped my friend to jailbreak using the jailbreakme site. But after that the YouTube icon simply went poof! What should I do?

EDIT: it's an iPod touch 3G on iOS 4.0.1 if I'm not mistaken.

Try settings/general/reset/ reset home screen layout.

Sorry to revive this old thread but I didn't see the point in making a new one.

I got my friend to try the Reset Homescreen Layout thing, but unfortunately it didn't work. What else can I get her to try?
