YouTube iPad help please.

Hey guys so I was on YouTube yesterday and I closed out of the app and I came back to it and it looked totally different and awful. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and my old APP layout was back. I closed the app and came back and surprise surprise the same issue. So I tried it again but this time I didn't log in as my self and turned notifications off. It worked! ....... For a full day lol. Tonight the same thing has happened and I can't get it back to its original state. This is really annoying me as I don't know how I can come into the app and everything be normal after the first time I downloaded it and then come back and it be different. Any ideas? Is this just something I have to live with? Does everyone else have the same looking app? Anyone I could get in touch with. I will provide images of course.

Personally I don't care for that feature but it is unfair that they won't use the damn capability. They need to go back to the old design and ADD PIP.
