YouTube like flash based webcam recorder component

Hi

I was thinking of putting a youtube kind flash based recorder component for one of my college website and I did a search on Google:

and all the links returned are of various script or download sites.

Any ideas which one does YouTube uses (maybe their homegrown???) or any recommendation of a good component? Free would be best but my college wont mind paying couple of bucks if its good.

Yeah but I just need the component. Another good example would be YouTube.com upload mechanism where you can upload your video by recording it in their flash component.
