I'm still within the return period of my iPhone 13, but it is also my first Oled/HDR enabled phone and I was wondering if you could help me understand if what I'm experiencing is normal behaviour or an issue.
The first thing I noticed is that when I watch HDR content on youtube (or the dolby vision videos I shoot) the rest of the interface dims (especially noticeable in the youtube comment box on dark mode), coming back to the previous level of brightness once I stop watching an HDR clip.
The second thing is that if I double tap to skip when watching an HDR video on the Youtube app, the white translucent graph (the half circle) sometimes flickers; could you kindly test this for me on your iPhone 12/13?
This doesn't happen with SDR videos.
Perhaps I'm just being paranoid and these are normal things; it might even be just a glitch with the youtube app.
The HDR itself looks glorious.
